Pagani Puros Reserva cigars are handcrafted artisanal products. Natural variations in colour, texture, and character are inherent to the handmade process and do not constitute a defect.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout.

We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price and will notify you accordingly.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and selected international destinations where the importation of tobacco products is permitted by law. It is your responsibility to verify that the receipt of tobacco products is lawful in your jurisdiction before placing an order.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Casa Habano Club LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery of all tobacco product orders, in accordance with applicable federal and state law.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of tobacco products and applicable health regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us at info@paganicigars.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue.

Refunds or replacements for damaged or incorrect orders are issued at our sole discretion.

8. Wholesale & Partner Accounts

Wholesale, distribution, and partner inquiries are handled separately from retail orders. Pricing, minimum order quantities, and terms for wholesale accounts are not published on this website and are provided on a case-by-case basis.

To apply for a wholesale or partner account, please complete the Partner Inquiry form. All wholesale transactions are governed by a separate written agreement.
